Led strategy and delivery of Eazle Advise, a global AI-powered sales application serving markets across the UK, Italy, and South Africa. Integrated ML-driven insights to lift visits per day, retail execution quality, and route compliance — directly impacting the bottom line for Heineken's worldwide sales force.

Acted as interim Product Lead and Head of Product across diverse clients — running due diligence for investment decisions, restructuring teams and ways of working, and shipping go-to-market strategies. Co-hosted the Product Circle meetup community, sharing product thinking beyond individual client engagements.

Built the product team and data product vision from the ground up. Delivered the RGN DataHub: a 400TB+ queryable data lake processing billions of daily transactions. Achieved ~20% cost savings and ~25% time efficiency across the cloud and data landscape, collaborating with analysts, engineers, and data scientists globally.

Relocated to Sydney to reimagine the applicant journey within JobAdder's ATS. Proposed and validated a candidate-centric strategic pivot through market research, customer analysis, and data — shifting the product's focus from recruiter-first to candidate-first.

Launched the first two enterprise customers (Etos & Gall&Gall) onto a new Product-as-a-Service career site platform. Delivered 50% reduction in development time per new Talent Acquisition site.
