Owned Eazle Advise, Heineken's global AI-driven sales application, and took it from prototype to MVP for the UK, Italy and South Africa.

• The prototype, MVP, roadmap, backlog and strategic plan were mine, as were the solution architecture and the decisioning data flow. The technical architecture I shaped with engineering management.
• Productised ML with data science: image recognition, real-time sales advice, automated visit logging. Gains validated through field tests, backtesting and UAT.
• Worked across data science, the development teams in Krakow and regional sales leadership in three markets.

Interim Product Lead and Head of Product for B2B SaaS and PaaS scale-ups, including Purple, levvr.io and BrainsFirst.

• Due diligence for investment decisions: architecture, roadmap feasibility and team maturity, then defending the verdict in front of investors.
• Coordinated with CEOs, investors, clients and 25Friday's own delivery partners on product strategy.
• As much about the people as the product: replacing engineers, leading teams, and advising management on who their product organisation needed, from CTO and engineering lead through to frontend and design, including a Head of Product.
• Built the initial Product Management Maturity Scan, hosted the three-part Product Guru Insights series, co-hosted the Product Circle meetup.

Built the product team from scratch (2 to 8) and co-authored the data product vision.

• Delivered the RGN DataHub: a queryable data lake unifying roughly 300 source systems and 400 TB+ of data, billions of transactions a day, with an automated metadata catalogue.
• Roughly 20% lower data-platform costs, mainly by decoupling storage from compute, and around 25% faster time-to-insight through self-service querying.
• Led the migration from the old Redshift warehouse to an S3 and Trino lakehouse with partner Riviq, without any downtime for payroll or shift planning.

Moved to Sydney to rethink the applicant journey in JobAdder's ATS. Based on market research, 80+ user interviews and product data, proposed and validated a pivot from recruiter-first to candidate-first.

Launched the first two enterprise customers (Etos & Gall&Gall) onto a new Product-as-a-Service career site platform, and halved development time per new Talent Acquisition site.

Joined Rabobank's CFO Office to look after data completeness and integrity in its financial data warehouse. A short stay, and my first proper look at enterprise data governance. I liked it there.

Led application migration, integration and software rollout projects across international offices, using PRINCE2 in an ITIL environment. Configured financial software and trained teams worldwide. This is where my career in tech began.

Qualitative research into IT innovation inside complex R&D departments, interviewing leaders at KPN, Philips and Shell. The graduation project that set up my move into product and tech.

Studied innovation effectiveness, cross-functional collaboration and company culture inside a global engineering and construction firm. My first look at how innovation moves through a large organisation from the inside.
