Travel guides are either generic or trapped behind a paywalled app. VidiVeni flips that: pick a city, curate your places, and you have a personal offline-first travel guide installed on your phone like a native app within three minutes. No App Store, no Wi-Fi, no paywall. Under the hood: a multi-tenant platform with AI-generated content in six languages, token-secured guide links, and a dynamic PWA manifest per guide. Now in private beta.

The Dutch ERE market was opaque: commissions, payouts and contract terms varied wildly between providers and no one gave drivers an honest comparison. So I built one. ERE-Vergelijk is now live in production — bilingual NL/EN, with its own CMS, a partner portal for providers, and a Gemini-powered scraper that keeps market rates in sync with provider sites daily. One place, one fair comparison.
