VidiVeni — build your own offline-first travel guide in three minutes

Travel guides tend to be too generic, or locked inside a paywalled app. With VidiVeni you pick a city and your own places, and within three minutes you have a personal travel guide that works offline and sits on your phone like an app, without an App Store or a paywall. Behind it is a multi-tenant platform with AI-generated content in six languages, secure share links and a PWA manifest per guide. It's in private beta now.

ERE-Vergelijk — earn money on ERE certificates from your EV charger, independently compared

The Dutch ERE market was hard to see through: commissions, payouts and contract terms varied a lot between providers, and nobody gave EV drivers a fair comparison. So we built one, together with Bart Odijk and Joost Bijl. ERE-Vergelijk is live: bilingual, with its own CMS, a partner portal for providers and a Gemini-powered scraper that collects rates from provider sites. It went from idea to live in four weeks, and in the first month it drew 100+ new users a week without any paid marketing. I ran the go-to-market.
